Original photo, on reverse is written 'CHERBOURG FORT'.............. photo is approx. 8" x 6". It appears to be a photo of a photo......... official passed censor photos would be pinned up on a board and the press were allowed to photo any of these for publication in their papers....... guess like a photo pool........
