A WOODEN MOSQUITO ON A STAND........... when I got this it had come unglued with age, it has been reglued but not altered in any way. The people I got this from told me it had come from a family member who had made it from scrap wood from Mosquitos during the war. The plane is fixed to the stand by a small section of screwthread from a setpin and is loose........aircraft can be presented in any way you want, but would need either packing in the hoe or even gluing........... there is a small amount of delamination to the tail fin and tailplane. Model has a wingspan of approx. 230mm , is approx. 170mm nose to tail and stand is approx 120mm high to the point it meets the aircraft.
