Original SUGAR RATION PAPER issued by authority of the FOOD CONTROLLER and date stamped 31st December 1917. Made out to a resident of Valentine Park Rd in Winchester, also has original envelope and some ration stamps as can be seen in the pictures. Envelope was opened by slitting across top edge .....in very nice condition for something almost 100 yrs old...........
