1916 TOBACCO FUND REPLY CARD, returned to an address in Stockton on Tees , sent by a Sapper R Ritchie R.E. and dated 27/5/16. Card carries both 118 Field Post Office stamp and a 3177 Passed by the Censor stamp.. back in the Uk various groups raised money to send cigs and tobacco to the troops on active service, in these parcels was placed a pre addressed card that could be returned free of charge to say thankyou for the gift.
