1918 BUCKINGHAM RURAL DISTRICT FOOD CONTROL COMMITTEE LETTER  complaining that 1000 people in the district are without Meat and Food Cards......   this letter is dated 4th April 1918....... on the reverse there is  Deed Poll change of name for a George Bates from Grendon Underwood, this is dated 16th May 1918...... presumably there were paper shortages and items were being re-used.....
